Lecturer – University of California Haas School of Business | Erica Peng Connects Founder

Erica draws on her experience as her neighborhood’s Firewise Co-leader and Officer of the West Contra Costa Fire Safe Council.

Erica has partnered with the Berkeley Fire Department, Fire Safe Marin, and the National Fire Protection Association, teaching fire inspectors and volunteers how to regulate fight-or-flight-or-freeze activation and engage more effectively with community members who are defensive and resistant, especially about Zone 0 defensible space regulations.
