Have you been working with a local Fire Safe Council (FSC) for at least 5 years? Do you understand the opportunities and challenges facing local and/or countywide FSCs? Are you ready to step up and help address these issues at a larger scale? Do you want to help strengthen and support other FSCs?
If so, please consider applying to be one of our three new Regional Coordinators. These three new positions will be based remotely in the Coastal, Southern, and Sierra-Cascade regions of the state. Your job will be to help build and support Fire Safe Councils and other community wildfire practitioners, and facilitate networking amongst these community spark plugs, for the region where you live and have worked.
