The IAFC’s Wildland Fire Policy Committee (WFPC) is constantly striving to create valuable resources and tools to assist our members and the communities they serve. Currently, WFPC is focusing on the development of resources addressing community evacuations including, but not limited to wildland fire evacuations.

The IAFC’s Wildland Fire Policy Committee supports effective wildland fire response, serves as the voice of the local fire service on the national level and provides oversight to the IAFC’s wildland programs.
