About the Fire Safe Vendor List

The California Fire Safe Council’s Fire Safe Vendor List is an annual digital publication promoting businesses in the fields of fire safety, prevention, and/or mitigation. This first of its kind resource is a valuable tool for our community and will be distributed for free.

We’re connecting vendors throughout the state skilled in wildfire resiliency projects with wildfire resilience organizations. Showcase your products and services to the entire network of local Fire Safe Councils by listing with us! (Fees outlined below.) We want to learn how your unique business can help build a wildfire-safe state.

Market Reach
The Fire Safe Vendor List will be hosted on our website and promoted to thousands of individuals and organizations across the state via social media campaigns, email marketing, in-person conferences, and partner organizations’ sites.

Market reach includes nearly 10,000 impressions monthly across these channels. In addition, we will digitally promote a Virtual Expo in 2025 that provides even more exposure to the list, as well as the showcased vendors. (See $3,499 listing option below.)

Dollars to Spend
Already this year, the California Fire Safe Council has awarded $11 million in grants to over 70 wildfire mitigation projects at local Fire Safe Councils, Fire Protection Districts, Resource Conservation Districts, HOAs, cities/towns, and other non-profits. Often, those projects require funding matches that double the funds available to $22 million.

And it doesn’t stop there. Many of our grantees are securing additional funds from a variety of private and public sources.

Vendor Types

The 2025 Fire Safe Vendor List will showcase the following vendor types:

• Fire Resistant Building & Materials (contractors, siding, vents, gutters, screens, etc.)
• Wildfire Mitigation Platforms & Services (assessment apps, data tracking and services such as chippers, tree trimmers, mastication, grazing, traffic control, etc.)
• Environmental Consultants (CEQA compliance, CWPPs, grant writing, biological surveys, forestry, facilitation, etc.)
• Fire Detection Software, Equipment, & Services (sensors, drones, cameras, satellites, AI, etc.)
• Emergency Response Services & Equipment (first aid kits, sprinkler systems, disaster plan apps)

$1,999 Annual Listing

  • Counties served

$3,499 Annual Listing + Vendor Spotlight at CFSC Virtual Expo

• Same as above
• Vendor Spotlight: Present your service(s)/product(s) at one of our 2025 Virtual Expos attended by members of local Fire Safe Councils, as well as other organizations looking to source fire mitigation vendors
• Publicly accessible recording of Virtual Expo (digital hosted by CFSC) to share with your followers
• Cross-promotional social media posts 

* Please note: CFSC does not endorse or certify vendors on the Fire Safe Vendor List. Vendors listed meet basic business criteria, and users of the list are encouraged to do their own due diligence and procurement prior to hiring.

SMALL BUSINESS & NON-PROFIT DISCOUNT

Small businesses with annual revenue sales of $1,000,000 or less qualify for a 50% discount on the listing option of their choice. Non-profit organizations also qualify for a 50% discount on the listing fee.
