Chino is a Staff Grant Specialist at CFSC with a background in international development. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Virginia Military Institute and acquired his master’s degree at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. His professional experience includes working with multilateral and various non-governmental organizations, with a focus on implementing rule of law and labor rights programs in Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. His work has strengthened his expertise in program and operations management, financial oversight, and grant administration. He is very excited to join CFSC and contribute to its mission of building fire-resilient communities in California.
