Thank you for submitting your application for the Fire Safe Vendor List. There are four more steps to the application process.
Part 2: Payment of Application Fee
If you haven’t already, you may pay now by clicking the below button.
Part 3: Background Check
In the coming days, you will receive an email from us requesting authorization to perform a background check. The background check will be completed on the CEO or highest-ranking staff member.
Part 4: Indemnity Agreement
Upon approval of your application we will ask that you sign and return an indemnity agreement.
