Thank you for submitting your application for the Fire Safe Vendor List. There are three more steps to the application process.
Part 2: Pay Application Fee
If you haven’t already, you may pay now by clicking the below button. Please note that your application will not be processed until payment has been received!
Part 3: Indemnity Agreement
Upon approval of your application we will ask that you sign and return an indemnity agreement

Once your application has been processed and your references reviewed, you will receive a welcome email notifying you that you’ve been accepted to the list (approximately two-four weeks).
