Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Program Manager
The GIS Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of CFSC’s inaugural GIS team. The GIS Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a long-term plan for tracking and analyzing data collected by CFSC and local partners related to wildfire mitigation, education, and community capacity. The GIS Program Manager will develop a data management plan and build out a comprehensive database, in coordination with state and federal partners. The GIS Program Manager will also support the development of metrics for CFSC’s programs as well as analysis and tracking of the metrics for the purpose of program evaluation, in addition to developing visualizations of the data for stakeholder dissemination. The GIS Program Manager will be responsible for developing the policies and procedures to govern the new GIS Team, as well as managing staff within the team.
