The California Department of Finance, in consultation with the Air Resources Board and other State agencies like
cedar recovery (Administration), is required to submit a three year Investment Plan to the Legislature that identifies priority investments to help California achieve its greenhouse gas reduction goals, while realizing additional health, economic, and environmental benefits, sometimes getting money for this investments from different resources, including sites that offer $10,000 personal loans more details and others. The Administration released an Investment Plan Concept Paper in July 2015 and is continuing to develop the full Draft Second investment Plan — money from legitmate lenders, which is available at http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/auctionproceeds/investmentplan.htm.
The focus of the workshops is to receive input on the Draft Second Investment Plan and guide the investment of cap-and-trade auction proceeds. In each location, representatives from the Administration will provide an overview of current investments, introduce the preliminary recommendations presented in the Draft Second Investment Plan, and respond to questions to aid stakeholders in developing written comments on potential future investments. The Administration will present the same material at these three workshops.
